Free standard shipping within Switzerland on orders over CHF 100. Standard delivery 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same working day.

Orders over CHF 100 ship free within Switzerland. Exact rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns

Return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days. Return shipping within Switzerland is free. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of arrival.

How to return

Email hello@soutelo.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We send a return label and instructions.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
